Job description
The one who will be selected for this position will be in charge of implementing company strategic plans and direction of operations for the Country in order to contribute to global company objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall control and delivery of the targets (revenue, collections and profitability) in the Country.
2. To lead and manage his team to ensure delivery of the agreed (financial and non-financial) targets and objectives.
3. Overall responsibility of the financial / business reporting to HQ and to communicate the local scenarios & intelligence to HQ team.
Main business: B2C activities, with the major mobile phone providers, media groups and other possible partners in the Country.

** Previous work in a multinational company is considered a strong requirement
** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with team members in other countries.
** Capability to reach targets under pressure.
